General information about the coupon service

Our coupon service provides users with free coupons: promo codes, discounts and promotions to reduce the cost of orders in online stores. Visitors have access to reliable information about coupons: terms of validity, conditions of use and the size of the discount. After selecting a coupon, the user can be redirected to the site of the seller (online store) to complete the order.

All data posted on the website is solely for informational purposes and does not constitute a public offer. The online service does not create coupons on its own, but only offers information provided by online stores directly or through "affiliate marketing programs", as well as information found in the open source. We are not responsible for invalid coupons posted on the pages of our website, as well as the inappropriate performance of obligations by any of the parties in the transaction between the buyer and the seller.

 

Basic information of the agreement

• This User Agreement is an agreement between the user and the company «PRMQD» regarding the use of the coupon service.
• Service has the right to change the text of this User Agreement, as well as the terms of use of the coupon service, at any time without notice to users and sellers. Such changes come into force from the moment of their publication.
• The user agrees to independently check the User Agreement for changes. Failure from the user to familiarize themselves with the user agreement and/or the amended version of the User Agreement shall not be a reason for non-compliance with this User Agreement.
• This agreement shall be governed by both international and U.S. law.
• Due to the free-of-charge services provided by our online service, the norms of consumer protection cannot be applied to the relationship between the user and the company.
